Cancellation Policy

Our Approach
We understand that life is unpredictable. We have designed our cancellation policy to be fair to both our clients and to the small business that makes these experiences possible. Please read the following before booking.
Group Events and Sound Baths
For group events, sound baths, and workshops booked through The Space Yoga or other partner venues, the cancellation policy of the hosting venue applies. Please refer to your booking confirmation email or the venue's website for their specific terms.
For events booked directly through The Mindful Mandala Wellness, the following applies:
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event are eligible for a full credit toward a future session. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your spot to a friend or family member at no charge. Please notify us in advance so we can update our records.
Private Sessions
We ask for at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a private session. Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice will receive a full credit toward a future session. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable. Late arrivals will be accommodated within the remaining session time.
Retreats
Retreat deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your retreat registration, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the timing and circumstances, we will do our best to transfer your registration to a future retreat or apply a partial credit.
Illness and Emergencies
We are a human business and we understand that genuine emergencies happen. If you are unwell or facing an unexpected situation, please reach out to us directly. We will always do our best to find a compassionate solution.
No-Shows
Clients who do not attend a session without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or credit. We reserve the right to charge the full session fee for no-shows on private bookings.
